On July 27th at about 8:45 pm, Deputies spotted an individual who had active felony warrants.  The male, 40-year-old Kyle Littleton Lasater of Cottage Grove, was driving a vehicle on Bryson Sears Road at the time. Deputies attempted to stop Lasater’s vehicle, but he attempted to elude deputies, leading to a vehicle pursuit.   
  
Lasater ran from the vehicle in the 78000 block of Bryson Sears Road. Deputies established a perimeter and deployed a Lane County K9.  With the help of LCSO K9 Tito, Lasater was found a short time later.       
  
Lasater was arrested and lodged at the Lane County Jail.  He has been charged with the below listed crimes.    
  
Forgery in the First Degree   
  
Felon in Possession of a Weapon (2 counts)   
  
Criminal Mischief in the First Degree   
  
Attempting to Elude a Police Officer Felony (3 counts)   
  
Attempting to Elude a Police Officer Misdemeanor    
  
Reckless Driving (2 counts)   
  
Reckless Endangering (3 counts)   
  
Violation of Restraining Order   
  
Assault in the Fourth Degree
