Description

A winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 2 p.m. valid from 4 p.m. until Tuesday 10 a.m. for Ochoco-John Day Highlands.

The weather service says, "Heavy snow expected Above 4000 Feet. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches."
