Description

A lawsuit alleges a Corvallis police officer falsely arrested a diabetic teenager on suspicion of driving under the influence.

The suit, filed in Benton County, also alleges police were negligent in not helping as the teen suffered a “diabetic emergency” during his arrest and while he was held at the Corvallis Police Department.
