Newmark Ave. and S. Wall St. Parking Lot Construction The City of Coos Bay is in the process of constructing a parking lot located at 585 Newmark Avenue. The construction activities will require reduced lane width along S. Wall Street and occasional delays as required for construction. Construction for this work will be between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. Construction is expected to begin the third week of August and continue until October. Please be aware of signage and local traffic control in the area and expect intermittent delays. Thank you for your patience.
