Description

A federal judge has blocked New York from enforcing a law that would have prohibited federal agents from wearing face coverings and required them to display visible identification while carrying out official duties, ruling that the state is likely prohibited from imposing those requirements on federal officers. The decision adds to a growing legal battle over whether states can regulate how federal immigration agents conduct enforcement operations, ABC News said.
