UO release - By: Nate Krueger - DALLAS – The Oregon football program had three players on the preseason watch lists for both the Bronko Nagurski Trophy and the Outland Trophy on Tuesday morning, with defensive lineman A'Mauri Washington landing on both lists.  The Bronko Nagurski Trophy honors the national defensive player of the year, while the Outland Trophy is presented to the nation's top interior lineman.  Washington was joined by defensive backs Brandon Finney Jr. and Koi Perich on the Bronko Nagurski Trophy watch list. Defensive lineman Bear Alexander and center Iapani Laloulu were named to the Outland Trophy watch list along with Washington. Laloulu was an Outland Trophy semifinalist in 2025.  Oregon is tied with Ohio State and Texas Tech for the most selections to the Outland Trophy watch list, and its three players on the Bronko Nagurski Trophy watch list are tied for second most behind Indiana (4).
