The North Bend City Council will hold a regular session meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers at 835 California Ave. The agenda will include the following:  - Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance; - Roll Call; - Ceremonial:  - Matthew LeDoux, Volunteer Firefighter – 18 Years of Service; - Police Department Awards Presentation; -  Consent Calendar:  - Reappointment of Bruce Lum to the North Bend Budget Committee; - Authorization to Contract for Hazardous Materials Abatement at 3085 Sherman Avenue; - Public Comments; - Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 2087: Allowing Regulated Marijuana Cultivation and Production in the Heavy Industrial Zone; - Ordinance No. 2087: Update City Code to Allow Regulated Marijuana Cultivation and Production in Heavy Industrial Areas and Restore Eligibility for State Revenue Sharing; - Consideration of Recommended Amendments to the North Bend City Charter; - Action, if any, resulting from Executive Sessions; - City Administrator’s Report; - Committee Reports; - Council Comments; - Other Business; - Adjournment.
