Description

Jahangeer Ali, 34, claimed he owned and operated the Oregon Clinical Laboratory in Klamath Falls for genetic testing, but it turned out to be nothing more than an empty storefront, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Ho.

A man used a purported medical testing laboratory in Oregon to bill Medicare for about $46 million in sham claims over six months, federal prosecutors allege.
