Description
On March 22nd, 2026, at around 7:41 PM, a Coos County Deputy was traveling north-bound on Highway 101 near mile post 231, and attempted to make a left hand turn off of the highway, when another vehicle, also traveling north-bound, ran into the back of the Deputy’s patrol truck.
Both the Deputy and the other driver are uninjured. The Oregon State Police are the investigating agency for the incident.
