Police arrested a 31-year-old man after a shooting that left one person injured in Southeast Portland’s Hazelwood neighborhood.
A gunshot victim walked into a hospital in Southeast Portland Tuesday night, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement. Hospital staff called police just after 9 p.m. The victim, an adult man whose name hasn’t been released, was stable, alert and able to speak with officers.
