KEEN-EYED BIKE OFFICER SPOTS WANTED PERSON | On February 11th, the HPD Bike Officer Team was on patrol in downtown Hillsboro when they observed a male who they knew to have multiple warrants for his arrest. Officers detained Francisco Medrano Del Los Santos (55) and confirmed the warrants were still valid. During the arrest, officers located methamphetamine in his possession. Medrano Del Los Santos was arrested for 5 warrants (including failing to appear on possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass) as well as a new charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.Photos from Hillsboro Police Department's post
