The Mountain House JV Mustangs put on an offensive showcase in a victory over West on Friday, fueled by a full team effort at the plate. The standout performance of the game came from Kaylin Gali, who drove in an incredible seven runs on two hits. Gali’s impact was felt throughout the game—she walked in the first, doubled in the second to bring in three runs, and singled in the third to add two more RBIs. The Mustangs showed patience and discipline at the plate, drawing 27 walks as they kept the pressure on West’s pitching staff.

On the mound, Ariyana De Leon earned the win, throwing two and one-third innings, allowing zero hits while striking out two and walking nine. Torres and Martinez came in as relief pitchers to help close out the game and secure the Mustangs’ dominant win.
