๐จ Incident Report: December 24, 2024 ๐จ
On December 24, 2024, at approximately 7:41 AM, the Coos County Sheriff's Office received a report of a possible burglary in progress, which included information that the homeowner may have discharged a firearm.
In response, Deputies Z. Smith, Churchill, Anderson, and Sgt. Moore promptly arrived at the scene, along with personnel from the Coos Bay Police Department and the Oregon State Police.
Upon investigation, deputies made contact with 40-year-old Lance Ebert concerning the incident. While it was determined that Lance was not involved in the burglary, he was found to have active warrants for his arrest.
Lance Ebert was subsequently arrested and transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was booked on the outstanding warrants.
