East Village Incident Update. Officers responded to a call at Orenco Station Apartments after a man was seen on the roof attempting to access a unit. The individual, Kevin Harris Burnett (DOB 06/19/84), believed a former partner still lived there. Burnett, who appeared to be under the influence, was safely taken into custody and lodged on a felony warrant for burglary out of Washington County. Additional charges may be pending as the investigation continues (Case #25-14208). We’re grateful for the community’s vigilance and patience as our team worked to resolve the situation safely. #HillsboroPD #CommunitySafety #OrencoStationWhen this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it, or it's been deleted.
