Hillsboro Police are asking for the public's help identifying two vehicles seen near SE Tualatin Valley Highway and SE Cypress Street on the night of September 19, 2026. At approximately 11:38 pm, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed. The incident is under investigation as a possible hit and run. Video collected by investigators shows a white sedan passing the pedestrian. At the same time, a silver pickup truck is seen turning right from SE Minter Bridge Road onto eastbound SE Tualatin Valley Highway. The pickup appears to stop on the highway for a few moments before continuing east. We want to identify the owners and drivers of both vehicles. We believe they may have information about what happened.
