Description

On Friday at 9:19 a.m. a high wind watch was released by the National Weather Service valid from Saturday 10 p.m. until Sunday 10 p.m. for Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

The weather service says, "Southeast winds 40 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible."
