A wind advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Friday at 11:37 a.m. valid from Saturday 1 a.m. until Sunday 10 a.m. for Jackson County.

The weather service states, "Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected."
