On Monday at 10:45 p.m. a high wind warning was issued by the National Weather Service valid from Tuesday 10 p.m. until Wednesday 4 p.m. for Central Oregon.

The weather service states, "Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected."
