Description

On Tuesday at 12:43 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a wind advisory valid from 10 p.m. until Wednesday 4 p.m. for Grande Ronde Valley and John Day Basin as well as Wallowa County.

The weather service says, "Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected."
