The National Weather Service issued a high surf advisory at 3:13 a.m. on Sunday valid from 7 p.m. until Monday 4 p.m. for South Central Oregon Coast and Curry County Coast.
"Large breaking waves of 20 to 23 feet," can be expected according to the weather service. "Another very strong storm will bring storm force south winds Tuesday into Wednesday. This could bring very high surf, especially to south-facing beaches and ports, like Port Orford."
