Fleet Week ships will leave Portland beginning 8 a.m. Monday, June 8. Oregonian file photo.

U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and Royal Canadian Navy ships that have been docked along the Willamette River for Rose Festival’s Fleet Week cast off beginning at 8 a.m. Monday.
