FATAL CRASH | On 6/23/26 at 8:50 PM, HPD officers responded to a crash involving a vehicle and a bicyclist at E. Main St. and NE Century Blvd. The bicyclist, Connor Logan Navarro (19), did not survive. The vehicle's speed was believed to be a factor and the Washington County Crash Analysis Reconstruction Team responded to the scene to investigate the crash. The driver of the vehicle, Guillen Contreras Salvador-Jaime (35), was subsequently arrested for Manslaughter in the second degree and Reckless Driving.
