A Portland police shot a man who was suspected of stabbing two others in the city's downtown core Thursday afternoon, Oct. 15, 2026

The sister of the man shot to death by Portland police in mid-October said the family reviewed the body-camera footage of the shooting with the district attorney’s office and the Police Bureau before it was publicly released.
