The downed fire line sparked multiple fires, which firefighters were able to put out after the power company shut off the electricity for the neighborhood.

A downed power line in Vancouver on Friday set an RV ablaze, started a fire in a nearby house, and shocked a person on the ground — as well as three firefighters who rushed in to help.
