Kusel (23), Summary:  On September 6th 2026, at 10:31 p.m., the North Coos Dispatch Center received a call of a disturbance in progress at the Horsfall Campground.  A deputy responded and contacted the involved parties. As a result of the investigation Kohl L. Kusel (23) was arrested on the charges of Assault IV Domestic and Strangulation.  Kohl L. Kusel was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was booked and remains in custody.
