What began as a religious celebration in central Mexico ended in tragedy Saturday when an explosion involving pyrotechnic materials killed at least 10 people and injured 64 others, according to authorities. The blast occurred in the community of Santa María Canchesdá during festivities honoring Our Lady of Light, drawing a large crowd of residents and visitors, The Associated Press reported.
