On Sunday at 11:50 p.m. a dense fog advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Monday at 10 a.m. for Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon, Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon and North Central Oregon.
The weather service states, "Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog."
