Description
Communities across the country are recognizing the work of our corrections professionals and nurses. With National Corrections Professionals and National Nurses Week lining up at the same time, we would like to take a moment to recognize both! Corrections, nursing, and particularly nursing in a correctional environment are challenging professions that require flexible and dedicated staff.
We at the Lane County Sheriff’s Office are particularly proud of our staff and the impact that they have on our community. In addition to our deputies, the Lane County Sheriff’s Office is proud of all of the Operations Support personnel and contracted employees including nurses, food service, and laundry services personnel that keep our Corrections Division functioning around the clock.
Please take a moment with us to thank corrections professionals and nurses for the great job that they do!
