A Clackamas County man has been arraigned on a first-degree manslaughter charge after he allegedly killed his wife on Friday, officials said.

Marcus Warren Bowen, 35, is accused of shooting Tara Jo Rae Deveny just before midnight in the 22000 block of South Kamrath Road in unincorporated Clackamas County, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said.
