Zaragoza-Herrera was a foster parent in the Hillsboro area for many years, and investigators believe there may be additional victims who have yet to come forward. If you or someone you know was a foster child who lived with Zaragoza-Herrera and have information, please contact the Hillsboro Police Department at 503-629-0111 and reference case #26-16789. We want to thank the survivors for their bravery in bringing these crimes to the attention of law enforcement.
