AYA is empowering youth with basic knowledge and skills to succeed in emerging industries. Our pre-apprenticeship program allows youth to try out a variety of trades to find a fit best for them while learning important skills. We offer hands-on training, instruction from industry experts, employability skills, industry certifications, and problem solving skills. You will also build a professional network that will last after the 6 weeks of the program.
