ODFW report - 2026 angler licenses will be available for purchase beginning Monday, December 1, 2025.  The 2026 sport bottomfish season will be adopted during the December 12, 2025, Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission meeting. ODFW will present staff recommended season dates and bag limits for the 2026 season and be available for questions the commissioners may have. This meeting will be held in Salem, Oregon.  Reminder: Beginning in 2026, an Ocean Endorsement is required for anglers fishing in the ocean for bottomfish.
