Description
Former Oregon beach volleyball players and members of the club rowing team can proceed with their appeal for class certification in their lawsuit against the university.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals granted the players’ petition for appeal on Monday, paving the way for the next phase of the appeals process. Dates for a briefing schedule and eventual oral arguments are yet to be set.
