Springfield man arrested in Camp Creek area after shots fired
On July 28th at about 7 p.m., Lane County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an armed burglary in the 88700 block of Easy Lane, northeast of Springfield in the Camp Creek area. A resident observed David Anthony Raymond, 34, of Eugene, trespassing on the property with a firearm. The resident confronted him and fired a shot into the ground when he refused to leave.
