3/7/25 - LCSO Case #25-1137 -- Deputies attempting to identify individuals who fled from traffic stop   
  
On March 7th at about 10:40 a.m., the Lane County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint regarding two dirt bikes riding recklessly in the area of Cindy Street near Ferndale Avenue, Eugene. The riders went up onto sidewalks, causing safety concerns for area residents. A sergeant happened to be in the area and spotted the dirt bikes doing wheelies across River Road. The sergeant attempted to stop the dirt bikes, but the riders sped away.  
  
Anyone with information on the riders’ identities or video of the riders is asked to call the Lane County Sheriff’s Office at 541-682-4141 and reference Case #25-1137.Photos from Lane County Sheriff's Office's post
