Ziply Fiber outage leaves 20,000 without phone and internet service in Gresham area

Ziply Fiber has about 100,000 Oregon customers. It formed four years ago when it acquired the Northwest operations of Frontier Communications.

An equipment failure disrupted phone and internet service for approximately 20,000 Ziply Fiber customers in the broader Gresham area beginning Monday morning.
