“Transparent information is critical to sustainable planning for a community’s future energy and water needs, and to assess impacts to utilities and municipal services,

Oregon’s two U.S. senators said Thursday they want the state’s data center taskforce to guard against energy rate hikes, protect water and the environment and ensure “transparency and public accountability” from the tech industry.
