A firefighting team uses use ropes to haul a man 25-feet from the floor of a cement wastewater treatment tank he fell into on Thursday.

A worker fell into a wastewater treatment tank at a Washougal facility on Thursday afternoon, prompting firefighters to rescue him with ropes.
