The 46-year-old woman who died last week while being booked into the Clackamas County Jail has been identified as Gerlinde Spring Lynch.

Dibartolomeo (56) On February 24th, 2026, Officers from the Bandon Police Department and Deputy S. Converse were dispatched to a residence on Beach Loop Road, South of Bandon, to a report of a violation of a restraining order in progress. Upon arrival, Dominic Dibartolomeo (56) was located on the property in violation of his restraining order and taken into custody. Mr. Dibartolomeo was transported to the Coos County Jail. “Police action is not indicative of guilt. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
