Description
A Portland teen used social media to meet a woman he is accused of sexually assaulting, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, and police say there could be more victims.
Jullian Pioquinto Manuel Govea, 19, of Portland, was arrested Sept. 10 and charged with rape in the first degree, coercion, sexual abuse and other crimes.
