Description
A 47-year-old woman has been arrested and accused of shooting a man in Portland’s Lloyd District, the Portland Police Bureau reported.
Carlena Michelle Jeffries, who police say is also known as Carlena Autry, faces charges of attempted murder, assault in the second degree, first-degree attempted assault, felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon, according to court records.
