Description
A 77-year-old woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Astoria on Sunday morning, police said.
Michael Munson Smith, 50, allegedly hit and killed Patricia Harrison, of Astoria, as Harrison was walking at the intersection of 16th Street and Irving Avenue around 9:20 a.m., the Astoria Police Department said in a statement.
