Description
The National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory at 12:40 p.m. on Wednesday valid from Thursday 10 a.m. until Friday 10 a.m. for Upper Hood River Valley.
The weather service states, "Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations between one tenth to a quarter of an inch. Locally higher accumulations up to three tenths of an inch possible."
