Description

A winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 3:48 a.m. valid for Wednesday between 2 a.m. and noon for Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon and Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

The weather service adds, "Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations less than one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze."
