On Saturday at 2:37 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid from Sunday 11 p.m. until Monday 11 a.m. for East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades.

The weather service adds, "Total snow accumulations of up to 6-8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph."
