Winter weather advisory affecting Harney and Malheur counties until early Friday morning

The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory at 1:46 a.m. on Thursday valid from 7 a.m. until Friday 4 a.m. for Harney and Malheur counties.

The weather service adds, "Light freezing rain expected in the colder valleys. Total snow accumulations up to one inch, and ice accumulations a light glaze."
