Description
On Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 10 p.m. until Thursday 10 a.m. for Baker County.
The weather service describes, "Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 1 to 5 inches except between 12 and 18 inches over the mountains possible. Lowest snow amounts in the valleys near Baker City and Richland."
