Description

At 10:18 p.m. on Sunday, the National Weather Service issued a winter storm watch valid from Tuesday 5 p.m. until Thursday 5 a.m. for East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades.

The weather service informs, "Heavy snow possible above 4000 feet. Total snow accumulations up to 10 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph."
