Description
At 2 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released a winter storm watch valid from Tuesday 10 a.m. until Thursday 10 a.m. for Eastern Douglas County Foothills.
The weather service describes, "Heavy snow possible above 3000 feet. Total snow accumulations 6 to 12 inches, except up to 18 inches above 4000 feet."
