Description
At 2 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued a winter storm watch valid from Tuesday 10 a.m. until Thursday 10 a.m. for South Central Oregon Cascades.
The weather service comments, "Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 2 feet possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph over high and exposed terrain."
